4 years with Ebusinessware

11 June, 2010. Another milestone, completed 4 years with EBW (Ebusinessware). I have been working since 1998 with 5 different companies. This is the longest tenure, I will have. When I joined EBW way back in 12 June 2006, I had two choices either HCL or EBW. I evaluated both offers and realized that if I join HCL, I will definitely be with a better brand name but will not have a free hand to show my potential and capabilities. I will have a routine work and restricted span of control. That’s when I decided to take EBW.

Today I cherish my decision of putting myself to EBW. With trust and faith coming from all my seniors, I was given ample space to show my capabilities in whatsoever I could. I could not have found better than this. An organization where I could grew in all areas, finances to knowledge and hierarchy. Each member in the organization was supportive and took me from a lower level to a higher level. EBW presence in different parts of world helped me in enhancing my skills at international level, including my onsite experience in EBW, USA managing their Staffing Division.

I am glad that I am part of EBW and shall continue to be a part of an “Employee Owned Company”.
