Ebusinessware: My Experience

I have been with Ebusinessware for almost 3 years now. When I was planning to join Ebusinessware, I was looking for a challenging role and an open & transparent environment and today I can say that I donot regret joining ebusinessware. This organisation has given me the opportunity to work on various profiles in my field of specialisation. This has greatly helped me in enhancing my knowledge. The onsite opportunity that employees are provided is commendable and even after the end of project it is seen that employee is placed either on in house projects or on other projects depending on the career aspiration of the employee. I have seen here that employees anytime can go and openly approach the management on any issues. I have also met employees who had left the organisation and have rejoined as the environment and career opportunites they get here is not available to them any where else. The environment here is very friendly and co-operative as such I have found it very easy to mix up and gel with other employees in the organisation. The organisation gives due consideration & reward for the hard work that has been put by the employee. The compensation package offered by the organisation is very competitive and it has motivated me to perform all the better.
