Having worked with ebusinessware for years has been a pleasant journey, My journey started in the year 2005 has been full of exposure and opportunities. It not only nurtured me to become a better professional but also provided me work life balance to run the work along with my personal life.

Every assignment given to me was challenging and I learnt new things from each one of them. The 2008-2009 recession period was quite challenging and we all together overcame that.

Life has always been a challenge in every role and I have tried to put my honest efforts to fulfill my responsibilities for the growth of company. This company recognizes the talent an example of which was the recession period during which the good performers were not only retained even being on bench for long but also rewarded with good appraisal.

I have worked in Recruitment, Generalist HR , Specialist HR, Heading HR APAC, Heading entire business unit and now looking forward for more challenges and opportunities.
