In the fall of 2008 we decide to make our Corporate Action (CA) news database public through Credit Dimensions website.  You get all CA information consolidated at once place and ability to search CDI database by an entity name. For the purpose of information management all news articles are archived on the monthly basis and CA news is segregated by types such as Merger, Acquisition, Bankruptcy and Name Change. 

Today we have taken another step by making screens interactive that allow readers to open discussion thread with CDI data analyst on a selected news article. You can also select “Keep me informed’ option to subscribe relevant news and updates recorded on that specific CA. More information such as reference data of the participating entities can be obtained upon request. Please navigate into corporate action and provide your e-mail ID, you will receive response in next 24 working hours.
